It can take up to three business days for orders to ship out. This excludes weekends, holidays and promotional sales. All orders include a tracking number or more because of the different warehouses.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers typically within 2-4 business days.
For optimal service and delivery, Nail&Skin ships from warehouse locations around the world. Shipments containing more than one item may be split across different warehouses. These type of orders may receive several tracking numbers.

DELAYED & LOST PACKAGES
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. If the package gets sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will email the customer a store credit code of the total amount minus the cost of shipping. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, federal holidays, etc. If you believe your package is lost and you provided the correct shipping address, please contact us here.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fee upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. For some international destinations, we offer prepaid customs options at checkout.
We cannot mark packages as gifts or classify products other than the internationally accepted commodity codes.
If a package is returned to Nail&Skin because the buyer did not claim or pick up the package, we will only provide store credit for the product price; shipping charges will not be included or deducted when free shipping is offered.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Nail&Skin to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Fly Hair Wigs may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
CANCEL & CHANGE ORDER
If you need to change or cancel an order that you just placed, please email us at support(at)academyofnailandskin.com immediately. Due to the high volume of orders we get, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to change or intercept your order in time.
Orders & Return Policy
- 1. The item must be sent back to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order.
- 2. Returns must be in original condition. The item must be unused, uncut, uncut lace, unstyled, and unwashed with original tags and packaging.
- 3. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted if the item is missing any piece of the original packaging. This includes tag, netting, tissue stuffing or bag.
- 4. Returns will not be accepted if the item was styled, cut, washed, or damaged.
- 5. Returns will not be accepted if the item is tangled and/or contains any sort of external odor such as fragrances, smoke, food, sweat, etc.
- 6. Product can be returned if the bag for them has never been opened.
- 7. All items returned will be given store credit for the purchase price of the item.
- 8. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The package can be sent back to our office via the most affordable shipping method of the customer’s choice.
- 9. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected within 3-7 business days of receiving the package.
- 10. If the customer received the right item but does not like the color in person, that would be considered as a general return. It does not count as a product error. Monitors may display colors differently depending on the settings.
Returns will be accepted for store credit only. As long as the item is still brand new and you received your item within 30 days, simply fill out the return form above and include it in your package.
In the event there is a product shipping error or item defect, we offer a 100% refund or exchange.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please include a photo(s) of the product in the condition it arrived in as well as the tag. This will help us confirm the possible errors.
