It can take up to three business days for orders to ship out. This excludes weekends, holidays and promotional sales. All orders include a tracking number or more because of the different warehouses .


Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers typically within 2-4 business days.

For optimal service and delivery, Nail & Skin ships from warehouse locations around the world. Shipments containing more than one item may be split across different warehouses. These type of orders may receive several tracking numbers.

If your tracking confirmation cannot be found, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender’s domain.


We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. If the package gets sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we will email the customer a store credit code of the total amount minus the cost of shipping. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, federal holidays, etc. If you believe your package is lost and you provided the correct shipping address, please contact us here.


Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fee upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. For some international destinations, we offer prepaid customs options at checkout.

We cannot mark packages as gifts or classify products other than the internationally accepted commodity codes.

If a package is returned to Nail & Skin because the buyer did not claim or pick up the package, we will only provide store credit for the product price; shipping charges will not be included or deducted when free shipping is offered.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Nail & Skin to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Nail & Skin may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
